Morning Fresh!I found Mica asleep on one of the counters in the kitchen yesterday morning. My camera being already there I took two pictures. http://photobucket.com/albums/y127/m...ningfresh1.jpg Gave her a lecture of the dangers of going on the counters, including the knives, this is how she reacted: http://photobucket.com/albums/y127/m...ningfresh2.jpg Now that she can jump up on the counter the kitchen door will now stay shut and both cats are banned! Maybe I'll just put away the knives. The used to try climbing up to the counter via the drawer handels so I stuck double sided tape and that seemed to do the trick. Now they just jump over without toching the tape! |

Such lovely photographs. I have given up stopping them going on the sides in the kitchen. I just wipe them down everytime i need to use them for preparing food! Misty jumps from the worktop to the top of the wall units and is usually found sleeping up near the ceiling!! She watches every move you make in the kitchen without you knowing she is there!! Until i get the kittie food out that is!! lol!! |

Great pics . . I agree about not worrying too much (just move all sharp stuff out the way). Watch out for them walking over the cooker when it's hot . . . sometimes these kitties just ain't too bright |
