well im already on a healthy diet,and now a non smoker,so whats left????walk loads (when i feel like it) i know ill concentrate on getting n staying healthy |

ive got the anti smoking nurse session tuesday,(which is a joke as this is the nurse WHO CANT QUIT SMOKING HERSELF ) so ive got to go and listen to the advice she dishes out,and smell her reeking of smoke |

I have made some - *Eat healthier & loose some weight. *Spend Fridays in the office *At the end of every day - log milage (so I don't keep getting in a muddle at end of month ) |
