Smudgley - the thing that worked for me post-pregnancy was an exercise ring; it got rid of so much podge it was untrue! It was a resistance ring that essentially tones the core strengthening muscles (torso) and works on thighs, tummy and bum/hips/waist. You can also step outside of the exercise routine and use it for upper arms and pecs. It comes with a video run by an American called Madeleine Lewis who is a pilates instructor. I think most of the videos/DVDs will work but it's down to the individual to remain motivated - which is the tricky part!!! Thing is not to expect to look like Jordan or one of the other dolly birds - some of us just aren't built that way . . . |

Good old Pitates - I think it's wonderful, especially if you don't like getting pink and sweaty! Maybe it would be good for you to do some 'dancercise' with the kids? You would egg each other on. |
