January Blues

Got so fed up with the short days, waking in the dark etc that I put my brain cells (both of them ) into gear and remembered that I have a 'sunrise' alarm clock. Don't know if you know about them...............you set the time you want to wake and the clock switches on a light, which starts as just a glimmer and then builds up, like the dawn, to wake you naturally. There is a buzz at the end of the process but usually the light wakes you gently and naturally, without the horror of a loud noise.
Only fished it out and started using it at the end of last week but I feel brighter already
So, if you really hate waking in the winter, a sunrise clock might suit?

Re: January Blues

Not cheap - but I guess they last for ever - I've had mine years. I suppose I haven't thought of it before for winter 05/06 as I don't have to get up at a specific time for work.

Re: January Blues

They sound great. How much are they roughly?
Just a thought can you get a personality change clock as well? Think about it, it would be great.

First question - £50 upwards!
Second question - I wish!
