Been Savaged....


By a couple of budgies Decided the needed a bath, neither of them like a bath, so its in the sink with a little drop of water!!got bitten by both, then I clipped their claws, they bit so hard it has drawn blood!!!Yet they are both very tame, until I do something they don't like!!!

Moli - I think they might be trying to tell you they don't like baths . . . BTW - how can you tell if a budgie needs a bath? I woudn't have a clue

They should be

sprayed with water frequently, it helps them preen their feathers, but If they see me with the spray, its a question of try to catch them, and a budgie flying round the room is not a easy target!!!

wouldn't know the first thing about keeping Budgies. I didn't realise that you had to bath them

They sit beside the window Mags, and the water goes straight through the cage onto my window!!and their cage door is always open, little "B"s see me coming and take flight!!!!
