Oh thanks. That's the diffrence, before I stoped because someone wanted me to so I started again. This time I want to stop for me. I am quite strong willed at times so I will do it. |

Jac - there are a million good reasons to stop . . . and you can feel proud of yourself for ever that you did something and stuck to it!!! You're a strong woman so if you put your mind to it I'm sure you'll succeed!!! |

I gave up on 1 July last year - it was the right time and because I was so determined it was actually relatively easy - even when the bombs went off on 7/7 I didn't give in. (I work 10 minutes away from where the bus was blown up and travel through Kings Cross station every day. Took me 4 hours to do a 1 hour journey home.) Good luck Jac - think of all the money you're saving and how much nicer you'll smell. My skin really improved too. Just one thing... after about 3 or 4 days, you might find you have terrible wind for a week or so - it *does* wear off |
