With your medical history, I think you should pop into the docs and ask the practice nurse to check your BP. Just that my dad's precursor to his strokes and TIA is always a headache.............. Don't be alarmed - just GO - get it checked. Where's the harm? Take care PS - could easily be your diet as you try to change and stomp out the baaaaaad things. Cutting out coffee always gives me a headache. |

to be honest, i have been thinking all day so far that I am sure this happened for a few weeks BEFORE i had my stroke, but I am trying not to worry about it. I have a bp machine at home, and though I know theyre not always as reliable as manuals, it says 144/83, so not gone up. I hadnt thought about the diet though, been doing that over a week now, maybe it something to do with that. Havent had a coffee in weeks! and i find myself driking plain water far more easier than i ever used to, i used to really hate plainw ater, but i rarely drink anything else now, though for some odd reason it tastes better from a bottle, so i fill up a little 500ml bottle. Easily have 3 litres a day!!!! I'm just realising that I dont think I ahve one system within my body that works 100% lol |
