Hello!! It's freezing here . . .just walked down to a local solicitor to get something for work notarized and froze all my extremities off! Domi's now happily poddling about in his sand pit in the garden (mad child) whilst Darcy has snuck in through next door's cat flap no doubt to get eaten by their big old tabby!! That'll teach him  I have started packing bits and peices - but as mentioned I'm not actually off until tomorrow night - got my days wrong - everything is actually booked correctly, I just had Thursday night (wrong) rather than Friday night (correct) as the day of travel  But yes - I am excited it's our 1st proper holiday for 5 years and I'm really looking forward to it. Problem is hubby's talking about taking the laptop 'just to check in via email'. I think I might just 'forget to pack it'   |

Oh Jac - if it's not one thing it's another!! How annoying for you. Is the pain any better now? I've had morphine a few times and it's horrible the way it addles your brain . . . hang on in there girl - hopefully soon you're kids will all be right as rain, your backpain will have subsided and you'll be thinking clearly again; and then long may all the good stuff last. Afternoon all, Lovely blue sky and bright sunshine - but so cold!!!! Glad I am indoors with my heating/fire on!! Sean off still so just popped into work for a bit to do all the urgent stuff and then came back to stay with him for the day. Going to get Emma from school in a min, then start thinking about dinenr - where has the day gone?? Jac - hope you dont feel too spaced out and the pain has subsided, DM hope you find that kitten, Yola - hide that laptop before you pack, Everyone else - have a good day! |
