you know i gave up smoking 3 years ago, and didnt make any difference to weight. the biggest thing i ahve changed is not buying frozen or processed foods, we have fresh meat from butchers and freash veg from grocers. I find I dont get so hungry now either, the fresh foods fill me up more. ANd now i ahte the taste of processed foods. the kids like it more too, all the meals are getting eaten. |

GOOD LUCK for thursday Kay. I dresed going today too, but i think it helps that it's me getting weighed by a practice nurse i've seen a fair bit, and not at a weight club thingy in front of other people. I am sure you can do it kay! for every pound I loose i'll donate £1 to my local cat shelter! |

Well done and lots of luck for continued success CJK. Understand totally where you are coming from - processed foods are so "last year" in my house too since I started this low carb diet!! The kids are obviously not low carbing, but I adjust the meal I am having to include extras for them. So much better food. |
