Women find deep voices attractive in men....................shock academic discovery  Apparently this happens as well  Wonder how much it cost to discover that! They were speaking to Tom Conti on the radio at lunchtime, as his voice is apparently cited as one of the most attractive. Remember him as Kostas in Shirley Valentine? "Ah, Seerley. Boat is boat and **** is ****." One of my favourite cinema lines..............can only repeat it to people I know well though

No, not Lee Marvin, but think of some lovely chocolate-y Canadian speaking voices (she said, completely losing all names) - just love it! And although I'm not mad over Barry White, his voice is better than James Blunt IMO. Don't like squeaky boys! (and I'm not allowed to say **** on the forum - it's naughty!) |

My hubby has a really sexy voice, deepish but not horribly so. So many people when they meet him (coz he's not overly tall and quite slight in build) actually say that he's just NOT at all what they imagined. I think he has a bit of a complex about it now. Personally, I adore Alan Rickman's voice - deep, sexy but not affected. He ain't bad to look at either  Actually sounds a bit like hubby so no surprise there  Lee Marvin's voice on that song is awful *cringes in horror* |

I remember being soooooooooooooo embarrassed when I finally met a chap I'd been speaking with (business) for ages. I must have said something like - oh, you're not what i imagined - and the poor (slightly rotund, slightly bald, pretty short) chap just said 'Yes - I disappoint a lot of women'.
