Omg!!!!!!not sure if anybody here remembers me saying I made a complain to NTL eight months ago and had no reply. isnt it amazing how when you're going to switch to another phone provider they ring you right away!!!! they just offered me six months FREE phone line rental PLUS £30 credit onto my phone bill. So, i said yes of course, i can cancel at anytime if not happy down the line. So , see you in 6 months BT lol (anyone else with ntl try threatening to leave them too lol)

Yeah - it's funny how they wake up when you're about to switch . . . Being a bit of a cow like that  , I would have contacted BT and told them what you're being offered and see if they were able to make you a better offer  |

Amazing how a threat to leave gets things moving! I did that with my cell phone carrier; told them I was changing & they promptly reduced my rate by $5.00 per month & upped my minutes to 500 day & night & 1,000 on weekends!!!  Good for you, CJ!! |

i think it helps that when u want to swtich to Bt they ring NTL themselves, so ntl know it not just a feeble threat but that i rang BT to switch over. might try it again a month or two lmao |
