Just been two laps around the flat trying to find *all* clocks and watches this time... Bet I have missed one, though <sigh>.

Re: British Summer Time..

As usual, I forgot. Woke up at what I thought was 20 to 8 only to be told it was actually an hour later!!! As long as my wris****ch is ok then I can adjust microwaves, cookers etc later (PC and TV do it automatically - they're obviously smarter than I)

*edit to say, snigger at the **** above - poor little innocent word, slighted for ever*

Amazing censorship!

Anyway - found this article about larks and owls and the clock change, which is quite interesting
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/4838644.stm

I'm a lark for sure; I think there are quite a lot of owls here though - always seem to be a lot of posts to read every morning!
