Leia mooned the neighbor'sdog today!! It was unseasonably warm, mid 70's & we were on the screened porch...neighbor's Jack Russells came out on their porch (live in row house) & the little female dog is fascinated by Leia...stares & stares at her; Leia, who is normally not a particularly talkative cat always becomes vocal when Fiona is out...to annoy her, I think?!... anyhow, Leia jumped up on the little table by the side of the porch...looked at Fiona, then deliberately turned her back, raised her tail & then just stood there in the position for a minute...jumped down & sauntered slowly away!! I know I'm attributing a human trait to her, but it sure looked like mooning to me!!!

All cats live with the impression that the rest of the world will be honoured to see their bottom  . Mine get a little alarmed when they show the dog and she gives it a kiss/snuffle! |
