Sorry to hear about your evening CJ Nice and sunny here at the moment, just let the cats out and I heard a terrible fighting noise, thought it sounded two aggresive for my two, went outside and there is a massive tom cat which has been hanging about and I think it was Arthur who decided to show it who is boss, the tom ran off and I managed to get both of mine indoors and calmed them down. Just feed them and I will let them out again but go outside as well, I am going to do some gardening today and they will stay fairly close to me. Have a good day everybody |

Morning all, very showery here today.... Cassie has been in the garden stalking a couple of huge bees.....hope she doesn't catch one I have noticed these big bees around for a couple of weeks now, never seen any this size before....I wonder if it's a new strain of bee! Has anyone else seen any big (about twice the size of a normal bee) furry bees around in their garden? Sorry to hear you had a bad evening CJ.......hope you feel better today..... |

CJ - sorry to hear you had a bad night. I hope it's something that can be rectified easily Emma - yikes!! I always get worried when I hear cats fighting, whether they're mine or not!!! Mags - I saw a monster bee yesterday; must've been a good 1 1/2 to 2 inches long - they'll be the size of a Nissan Micra in a couple of years coz of this global warming, you mark my words . . . Today we have hubby's kids coming over for Sunday lunch together with the little grandson. 'Nuff said. I had a restless night which was made all the worrying by the fact that Fifi jumped up next to me and spent most of the night sleeping by my pillow. She then ran all the way downstairs at some point and threw up litterally all over the basement floor. She's also been dong this awful wailing, it sounds like she's very distressed. Not sure if it's seasonal (even though she's been done years ago) or if there's something really amiss with her. Any thoughts??? Must jump in the shower and then continue with my ironing. It's too wet to go to the CP Family Day so I'll be missing out on that one |

Morning. I'm being a dozy cow today Got up to do some last-minute tidying and hoovering as Matt's parents are coming round today and managed to bang my wrist (the one I broke last summer and the one that gives me the most pain) into the doorjamb. If I could just wear a straitjacket all day long, I'd do myself less damage! I'm just too clumsy (I broke my wrist getting up from a chair, if that tells you anything) for my own good! We'll be going to the restaurant a friend of ours chefs at, which means awesome food, and then I don't know - we meant to go to the promenade and have my son ride his bicycle, but it's rainy and grim, so we'll see |
