Thanks for that Mags!!! The detox diet looks good - glad to read that I eat most of that anyways (including the buckwheat and quinoia)

Ken's currently making a massive fruit smoothie for us every morning which is at least 2 x banana, 2 x kiwi fruit, 1 x apple and 1/2 x mango (+ OJ and yoghurt). It's made us both feel much more energized and alert which is excellent.

I will have a nose around the preggie/baby section at work tomorrow
