Morning all. Beautiful sunny day here but there is a little 'nip' in the air. Got the usual school run and stables this morning. Have to go to the bank at some point. Not much else doing today...

morning. bright here, but def chill in the air.
My kids are off school here, go back the weds after easter. seems really daft to me but there ya go!

Off to pet shop to pick up JWB food.

Princess got out into garden today, sneaky little thing. i spent 20 minutes trying to coax her over to me, praying she didnt leg it out the garden. She had a good sniff about then waltzed right back in!
going to get her and darcy a harness each so they CAN go in the garden, but obviously not until she had her kittens!

Dry and sunny following a slight overnight frost - glad I haven't put any tender plants out!
Another day on the allotment (April is a time of dirty fingernails and stiff backs for gardeners, coupled with a quiet smile, that the growing season is at last here and the earth is coming alive)

Morning all, we had snow showers lastnight and gales, snow has gone this morning, but still windy and very cold, the sun is shining though!!

Morning all...it seems too be a day today on CP for rememberance of those who have now departed from us...may DD and Elaine be able to reflect with joy for all the years they spent with Max and Winston

Fairly busy day today..have to help settle g-gran back into her house as she's finally ready too 'return' now..with one of my aunts staying with her for a few days just to make sure she can take care of herself once more again, of course
Then off too visit my great-great aunt Avril (my g-gran SIL, as avril was my g-grandfathers eldest sister) shes approaching her cenetarian year this year but isnt looking too bright lately i hope she sees her hundredth birthday out in June at least...but if not shes happy in her nursing home with her friends and family that, luckily, constantly visit (or plauge as she calls it!) her...

Raising the mood! we have sun...and heat! Its nice to be wearing sandals and shorts again!

It's freezing here - bright but overcast. I shall have to drag my geraniums back into the utility room tonight as it's threatening -3 degrees overnight

I have a headache that won't shift - even done a naughty and taken painkillers but to no avail. Still feeling kind of empty and down - not sure what'll shake me free of this mood.

Had a call from Dominik's holiday care at school to say he'd cracked heads in the park with some little girl, and although he'd sustained a bump all is OK. That's a relief it always worries me when the school calls!!

Yola ~ have you tried '4head' for your headaches? It is a stick application which you apply across your forehead. I would think it was far safer than tablets while you are pregnant. The instruction leaflet also says 'No evidence of associated side-effects has been demonstrated during use in pregnancy.'
Maybe worth a try?
