Mobile phone help neededI am unable to scroll anywhere on my Motorola phone as the screen has gone completely blank. I can still make and receive calls with it but cannot use it for text messages or access any info on it. I have had it 3 months. Just wondered if anyone had any ideas as to what could have gone wrong with it?

Sounds as if you will have to have someone look at it Mags, can you take it back to where you got it from?? |

We bought Tom a motorola for Christmas. A similar thing happened to his  We took it back to Carphone Warehouse and they swapped it for a new one. Perhaps you could take it back and get a replacement Mags? |

I had this happen a few times, and guess waht? Once was a motorla flip phone. Got it changed though. It CAN also be caused by either dropping it or getting it wet. speaking of mobiles hubby went and brought himself a £409 nokia today, and there's me with a 12.99 from ebay!!!!! |
