yes that Is teh customer service depratment.took 29 minutes toa nswer then put me on hold for 5 minutes!!!!! |

Aww, CJ, there is nothing more frustrating then being left on hold! Grr! I had to wait 25 minutes the other night to get through the my electricity supplier but had to sit there as they had overcharged me by £127!!! They had to pay me money this month! Hehe.  I have a Freeview box (which I love) so don't have to deal with television companies any more.  |
