Thankyou both..it was a very moving ceremony as we were all seated in accordance to generation..and it was the first time everyone had been together in many many years..her children are all pensioners themselves now (well into late sixties to mid seventies) so they felt gifted to be with their mother for all these years. As g-g aunty avril kept telling me as she lay there on her last day..the beyond is nowt to fear and merely the next ride! |

Glad it's a difficult day that's over Luke. Funerals - even when celebratory, are sad affairs. I'm pleased everyone was there to give your GG Aunt a marvellous send off. |
