I must admit he looks better this year than he ever has done but he never seems to grow??

Thanks Mags, I have to admit that he does look better than he ever has done. He just never seems to grow any..

He's not in a pot Mags. I did used to keep him in a pot but he has been in the ground about 2 years now..
