Jenny - make sure you do whatever needs to be done in terms of seeing your doc or going to A&E in case of whiplash injuries showing up in the next little while. Get something on record in case you need to make an insurance claim. Why don't yopu see if you can get yourself a nice aromatherapy massage? Tell the masseuse what's been going on in your life and she will use the appropriate oils to help both your muscles and your mind chill a little. You deserve a little pampering - and it will do you good! Take care x |
