Morning - I'm off to work soon.
Lovely day here. No builders this week (the builder has gone away for 2 weeks) so a bit of piece & quiet.
We have a lodger for a few days - a yellow labrador called Lorna. I should be getting a feral cat with kittens today.

PK You know I go all weak at the knees when you mention your horse! I do envy you

Birds woke me with there singing at 4am this morning. Sun is splitting the sky. Getting my hair done today. Not sure whether to get a lump cut off. It's down my back now.Getting the grey roots covered up .
Walking to nursery this morning. OH taken MY car to work.
Stepson got an op on his knee yesterday so slept on the sofa, pain in the bum. I really hope it hurts him even then it wont be half as much as he's hurt me. (thats horrid I know)
Have a good one peeps talk soon.

Re: Daily Shred Thread / Wednesday

Good morning all....nice sunny day here today, pretty mild however.
Am going with my great gran to the hospital as she has to have some tests done, been frequentlly coughing up blood since her accident and the docs are worried she could have damaged one of her lungs or her heart....but shall remain optimistic as shes seeing out her eightieth out in august at least...i think, personally, it is a bit of a chest infection as she was on antibioticts for this from her GP a few weeks back-but its nice her specialist at the hospital are being so cautious and not wanting to leave nowt to chance!
Apart from that i shall probably sit in the building site of a garden, bricks, fencing, bench parts, plants, pots, soil, bark-everywhere!!
No tuition all this week as a break from all the coursework ive had lately..tis lovely!
Have a few grumbly kittys today... they don't like how they havent been allowed out that much lately cause of the garden being worked on
Enjoy your day all!

It's dull and dismal again here - can't really believe the hot weather forecast for tomorrow. Nothing happening here, I'm delighted to say!
Dad got home safely yesterday, so hope that drama is at an end now.

It's no better as regards weather here. Have been to water the plants in the polytunnel but didn't do much else.
Sandra has sent me more Bentley pics but Photobucket is down, so you'll have to wait!
Edit; Photobucket's back - pics are posted!

Re: Daily Shred Thread / Wednesday

Work here too. Not much going on. Am miffed with hubby coz he left the lovely bag of lunchtime goodies I bought in Waitrose yesterday at home, I have enough to get out of the door with Domi and all his school stuff. All he had to remember was one small carrier bag

Now I've got to either brave the scabby Somerfield in the local village or queue for hours in the sandwich shop.

Tony from CP came and collected the big old cat tree yesterday, together with the food I'd collected from the nutty old lady around the corner from the office and some additional bits n peices I had to give. Siwwy hubby didn't notice it had gone until the morning
