A relaxed little Ninja :) Lots of pics!

Well, you're all very lucky... Some libraries I installed today broke my image manipulation software and you almost didn't get to see any of these!

"Mmmmm... Scritchies!"

"More, more!"

Once again, from the top!

"I'm practicing to be a contortionist..."

This was the very first time he let me scratch him properly under the chin - beforehand it was always "Stick to the cheeks, woman, and be quick about it"

"Where did she go?!"

"Purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr..."

"Excuse me please, can I have some privacy while I'm washing?"

Love this one, you can see the zig zag lines where my fingers have run through his coat

"Time to do the other side!"

And, gratuitously, a picture of my son:

With some of the Thomas toys he got for his birthday on Monday And looking maybe a wee bit more angelic than is strictly true to nature...

And you *are* sure it's the same cat?
Great pictures, son included! The whole series says "Home, I'm happy."
and silly as it seems, I feel lucky just looking at them.

Re: A relaxed little Ninja :) Lots of pics!

I feel lucky having him, as well, Hreow

I'm sure it's the same cat He's doing so well. Just a few minutes ago I was allowed to sneak up to within a foot of his box to take this one:

I got another one, as well, but I'm going to post the other in this month's photo competition thread because he's all splatted out with his front paws stretched so comfortably

He's getting so different - he's going a lot faster with me than he is with the other people he allows to pet him, but that's to be expected I think since I spend the most time with/on him.

The latest game is: get your human to hunker by the kitchen/conservatory door, then get her to pet you, then slowly walk around her (making sure, of course, to rub your scent on her backside ) and come out the other side, only to find... more petting!

This morning I saw him wandering outside to lie on the ground in the backyard - daft cat was lying in the only patch of shade! I reckon he wanted to cool down as the box gets all the sun in the morning (hence the awful brightness of the first batch of pictures!), then he slowly lumbered around to go visit his friends a few doors down

As I said before, your cat is very similar to my Jet.

She also loves her ears and her chin being scratched and reacts the same as in the pictures.

Do you get much hair coming of when you pet your cat now.

Yes, Andrew, loads. I do brush him but he's a bit temperamental about it - most of the time he wants petting and nothing else will do
