Can you touch your toes?


Just watching some programme abut people's health and it appear people should be able up to the age of 55 to touch their toes or at least get to -10cm away. I just tried and I can touch my toes it measures your flexability

I think I watched the same programme Karen!! as I tried to touch my toes afterwards, and succeeded!!! lol

I'm well past 55 & can still do it...although it takes a bit of loosening up these days...lol !
