She is going back to the lady who found her. She had been looking after her for a couple of weeks, before she realised she was pregnant. She didn't want to have the kittens - but did want to keep Lilly. So she has come in to have her kittens & will go back to them once she is spayed, which they have offered to pay for.

Yes I'm sure they will. I'll have to get you a photo of their white on their bellies. (they kind of have white chests but on their bellies )
