Dvla

Just spoken to the DVLA, stoooopid beepin' people

I had to surrender my licence last sumer cos I had a suspected epileptic fit, they said I could reapply for my licence. I spoke to someone there in December and they sent me an application form for me to reapply. I've just spoken to them again to confirm that i am able to drive as of the 4th June and they've said NO

As my other application was sent in too early (can't reapply till 10months into the suspension)they had to revoke the application but did they tell me that....NO..... so now I've got to fill in the application forms again and they've got to make further enquiries with my GP

Totally naffed off cos i was looking forward to being able to drive again come June

Ah well waited 12 months another couple of weeks isn't gonna hurt I suppose, it's just sooo bleedin' annoying

Re: Dvla

Yes Snoof much better now thanks

It is disappointing but at least it gives OH a little more time to get round to repairing my 'run around' car

Re: Dvla

Well I suppose there are advantages to being chauffer driven but then it means I've gotta take the whole family shopping which is a nightmare as OH keeps sneaking stuff into the trolley, honestly he's worse than the kids
