Ooooooooooo; isn't it horrible? Are you seeing stars/feeling sicky? Sit down for a little while & see if it goes. If you need 'the voice of experience' on giving yourself concussion, I'll tell you all about knocking myself out on/in the fireplace............

Seriously, hope you haven't done too much damage.........put the kettle on, feet up, relax, cold compress if necessary, get sympathy from hubby if he is still there.....and above all..................................get yourself better for CP tonight girl!!
