vague recollection of livepetshop

Anybody rememer it?

well, i ordered my cat harnesses from them. Took 12 days to arrive.
When I emailed on day four (politely) to ask if they been sent i got an email saying " we're busy they'll be sent soon"

day 11 i emailed to aska gain, saying it wasnt very professional to say 2 day delivery and take 11 days. got reply saying " if you bothered to check your account you would see the items were despatched today"
rather rude i felt.

well, ryan never got his gift he was promised when he rang in, and i never got mine either.

Very unprofessional I feel, to let a child down like that is bad.

The service was very slow, and the replies to my email very sarcastic.

Hence I shant order from them ever again or bother to watch their show again.

I dont even know if theyre using any of the jingles i wrote or not. Just cant be bothered with them at all anymore.

I haven't been on in ages. Have to say both Tom and I got our free gifts and very nice they were too.

I Think it's rubbish that they let a child down Carly Bet Ryan has been all excited waiting for his free pressie

Ryan was VERY upset to be honest. He waited by the door for the postie for over a week.
Maybe next time they have a commp i should ring in and say " do we actually get sentthe products this time?"

I think their response was awful CJ, can understand why you were annoyed.

It's a shame Ryan's been let down like that. Maybe you can buy him a little something special to make up for it. Poor lad.

i did actually mention you in my email saying emma didnt get her prize, nor did ryan and i.

they enver mentioned not sending the prizes, just got sarcastic about the delivery times.

I have a feeling they have lost a lot of viewers since then

CJK I can remember you reccomending livepetshop when I first joined here, werent you a really good friend of David the main presenter on that show?
It might be worth asking him to have a word with his work colligues to sort out the gifts you were promised.

I thought that too. Maybe David can help. He sounded like a nice bloke.
