Fell off my bike lolit was so nice today i went for a bike ride to this pub we went off road it was lovely till everyone disappeared down a hill. I slowed down but when i looked down there was loads of big rocks i tryed to stop but it was already going down half way down I wwent flying over the handle bars.....cut open all my arm on both arms big but on my knee and my hands have loads of cuts so am in pain was funny tho after.....we go to the pub....i was so dizzy after i nearly fainted cause my body was produing adrenaline how every you spell it....thats what the OH said anyways ouch it hurtssss
