daily shred - Saturday

Good morning! Another lovely day. I'm on my own till tomorrow evening (just how can you be on your own with a staffie, a siamese and two kittens!?) so have decided that my project will be to tidy the garage. Ours is oversize and complies with the old adage of rubbish expanding to fill the available space. I believe there is a one day cricket international today too, so will listen to that and maybe watch a little. Other than that, just a fairly chill-out day, eating strawberries (yes, the allotment is in full production - yum!)

Re: daily shred - Saturday

Morning all.
Bright and sunny start to the day here too. Have a feeling it's going to be a rather stuffy one.

poor Elliot isnt feeling too well. he was being sick yesterday and complaining of sore berry today ( sore belly in adult talk)
I HAVE to go out though, get a few bits of food. but I have a big clip on fan for his buggy, hopefully help keep him cool.

NOthing else to report here

A quick spot of gardening later and a cat to bathe, princess has the dirtiest bottom I have seen in a long time! Got some tea tree shampoo to try on her this time, cat product of course!

And Mr darcy needs shampooing with his shampoo for his exczema, so a fund day all round I think

Have a lovely day everybody

Re: daily shred - Saturday

Hi - I'm doing housework today & then off to collect a cat & 6 kittens (not coming back here though) then waiting for a call from a lady who is catching a cat I'll take him to the vets if she gets him as he has lots of blood on him.

Then doing some gardening.

& I will get photos & updates on the rescues later or tomorrow.

DM - no, no, no, no. If it is only taking up the available space you're neat, tidy and unusual. The rubbish should over-flow the available space to qualify for a clear-out.

CJK Your old scratches were healed, then.

Smudgley You're just sneaking off so we can't force secrets from you! Hope the bloody cat is not in serious trouble. : / Yay and standing ovation for the photo-promise. Is it later yet?

Probably diving in the afternoon. Spending as much time as possible in the garden today. Rover's behaving, so I can potter about and dead-head while he potters about and gets stung by the bumblebees. : / Every cat needs his hobby, I suppose.

Re: daily shred - Saturday

Glorious day here today.

OH not coming to my mam's now he's got too much work on which needs to be finished off. My drivers licence arrived this morning

Just prepared a fresh pineapple to take with us, what a messy fruit to prepare but great fun. Now we're off to tidy up the kitchen and livingroom before we go.

We've repotted one of the peruvian lilies as both are getting rather big so not enough room for both in the one pot.

Hope everyone has a good day

Garage done! It's too hot to be outside at the mo, so half an hour on CP before I make myself some lunch.
Cricket isn't going well

Well its a lovely day I have been out and deadheaded around the garden it always amazes me how many more appear to need deadheading when you have just done it

Cleo has been a potter round the garden, its very warm here have come in to use the computer for a few minutes,

Off over the road back shortly.
