Poor Moli

Took Moli out this morning up to the school as I wanted to get her used to being around noisy children. Anyway she did really well and was walking home fine until some twit of a teenage lad, about 17/18years old decided it would be funny to scare the hell out of Mol's by scuffing his feet through dried grass right behind her. Poor Moli flew into the air like a thing posessed and has been flighty ever since Just as I calmed her down a council lorry drove very, very slowly passed us then revved the engine and sped off.

All in all it was NOT a very good walk we had this morning Moli was shaking like a leaf and has done nothing but hide under the cars since we got back. Hopefully it wont put her off going out on her harness and lead

Re: Poor Moli

Poor baby I hope she calms down soon. That was a very unthinking thing of both of these persons (teenager AND lorry driver) to do.

We don't normally have a problem, she's so laid back. What is the matter with people? Had a few parents laff at me and call me mad cos Moli was on a harness and lead but fortunately it's water off a ducks back to me

Hmmm. In addition to the non-thinking kind of person there is also the 'I'll scoff at anything that doesn't conform to my narrow way of thinking' type. I hate those people even more

Re: Poor Moli

Well can't find Moli anywhere. She's probably hiding under one of the hedges

I should have a little sign made up 'Cat in training, please take care' or something like that just to let people know I'm not as mad as I look. It's really off putting tho, made me feel a couple of inches tall but we will battle on
