Re: Daly thread dmonday

Morning, nothing planned here today apart from trying to get Moli's jacket finished. She's better today but still a bit jumpy on times.

Gotta wait in for the Mercedes dealer to come and collect a part which they should have done on Friday

Re: Daly thread dmonday

Back in the office again this morning. Only us 3 girls here . . . hubby's at the herbalist, our designer's on holiday, one sales chap is off ill and the other has a project on to telemarket into the U.S. and will be starting in the afternoon and working through into the evening.

It's dull with on-and-off drizzle here - and thank heaven for Dominik coz we were both still asleep at 7 this morning, when the little man (and it's only the 2nd time he's done this) came down from his room all on his own and woke us up . . .bless

Not sure what today will bring . .. hopefully lots of new business

Re: Daly thread dmonday

Morning and apologies for being late on parade!
Very wet here - the gardens will love it but I fear for the remains of my strawberry crop. If it dries later - which i think it may, I'll head off and salvage what i can to make into jam. And I only have 6lbs of perfect strawberries still in the fridge and raspberries just coming on line ......
Have booked a birthday lunch for my OH on Thursday. Here's the link - it's wonderful! http://www.thefishrestaurant-westbay.co.uk/ Very unpre-possessing buildine - looks a bit like a glorified scout hut in a car park but the fish is out of this world.
My living room floor survived Min being sick. Where I cleaned up came up too clean, so i had a brainwave and emptied a little dust from the vacuum over the 'light patch', scuffed it in very gently, vacuumed it up again - et voila! Today's handy hint
Hope everyone has a good day
