I had a green one for about 5 years growing in a planter.......it got so big I replaced it with the red one this year. It stayed outside throughout the winter without any problems. The first couple of years I did tie the leaves up loosely though to protect from any snowfall..... |

Ah ok. Well I suppose we are almost mid way between you Moli and you Mags. Perhaps I will pop it in a very sheltered spot beside the house at the very back of the decking and loosly tie the leaves like Mags suggested? It would be very much protected there.. All supposing it lasts that long |
