Proper cacti compost, great stuff. I'll go to the cacti compo shop tomorrow. They look lovely little things - but aren't potted very well, almost look like they've been plonked into their pots & they are wobbly. So I asked John if he'd take them out & redo them & thought we'd just use slightly bigger pots. But when we came to do it, we weren't sure what to put in the pots. Thanks for the advice girls. |

Smudgley, when you repot them, wrap them around in newspaper so that you can handle them.......otherwise you will get a handful of irritating prickles in your fingers! |

Oh yes & the 3rd one lost half of his "things" (like leaves - but not leaves)between me buying him & getting him home, although he had been rattling around in my car in a bag with a million & one other things from open day, so I think he did ok really. I think I'll have to get some photos for you. |
