My privet, before and after!

Well, my privet at the front of the house was a bit boring, just a normal round(ish) bush shape, so my dad said he's have a go at making something a bit more eye catching.

The first time he cut it I had no idea what he was planning as it looked like this:

So I was a bit worried!

But as the weeks went by it started to get a bit more shape and fill out.

And after a while you could see it was starting to become what was intended! Which was a spiral shape.

Here it is today:

Still needs a bit of work, but now my neighbours are asking my dad to do theirs!

That's fantastic! How long did it take from the "before" to the "after" stage?

That's quite a tricky thing to do. Well done!
Nice when you have parents that do cool things, isn't it?
