The budgie was cute as can be...had to scroll quickly past the tarantula with my eyes closed as I have spider phobia! BAD spider phobia! And don't get me started on roaches; anyone who lives in a town house wages a never ending war against the little monsters

Hello, Bluey and co. Nice soft blue colour.
Beautiful colouring on the roach, too. Are they worthwhile pets? (As opposed to something that you need to have a spcial interest in to get anything out of, I mean).
The flower-pot is the spider-house? I know very little about keeping tarantulas - my pet spiders are of the wild, native variety and look after themselves.

lol, the roaches will breed and then you can watch them grow, you can handle them too, very good for kids. i like them, dont really need specilised care or interest.

as for the flower pot, year it provides a home and hide for him.lol

hes small yet and so finding cork bark small enough to be worthwhile is hard.lol

I'm the opposite; I have a fear of birds so whilst the budgie 'yeah ok I suppose, BUT he's got feathers ', I think the tarantula is quite a star. He's a bit handsome!!!

The hissing cockroach?? Does it really hiss . . . I thought the only noise they made was 'crunch' . . . sorry

Seriously - you have a wonderful array of pets there Ceiron, thanks for the pictures!!

lol, he was my brothers budgie but he neglected it so i stole it.

i really want some lorikeets.

the roaches do hiss, its them pulling air in and out of pores on their underside, thye have breathing tubes rather then a set of lungs.

and they can squish to about 2 - 3mm :P

and they can survive without a head, they jsut die of starvation eventually.
