How come there are so many bengals/bengal x kittens advertised?Just a question really...>EVERYWHERE i look there seems to bengal and/or bengal x kittens advertised..and i mean EVERYWHERE-on the net, in the paper, on the notice boards, in the vets etc..they are everywhere? And my question is why? Why are they so popular and being bred so much? Are they really this in demand as all of these adds seem to state?

The get-rich-quick-schemers, catering to the designer-pet crowd? Or rather, since Bengals aren't hugely scarce anymore, the same people trying to get rid of their "stock" now that they're not worth as much so they can start the next for whatever breed can be sold for thousands each at the moment. Just my optimistic view of human beings showing, I guess. : / |

There is a breeder up here, who has most of one litter and a few from a previous litter left, she just can't sell them.... |
