Salt's health

Well I'm extremely surprised at Salt's eating habbits considering she has gingtivitis. Over the past couple of days she's eaten 2 yes that's right 2 dishes of cat food a day that have not been mushed up and she's eaten Moli & Peppers dry biscuit Apparently her previous owners had terrible trouble trying to get her to eat. We have changed her food from Asdas own meaty chinks in gravy to Tescos own meaty chunks in jelly and she prefers that. It's cheaper aswell at under £4 for 9 tins

She's really filling out and spends most of her time either on the windowsill or on the shed roof. She's starting to stand up for herself where Moli's concerned and they seem to be getting on okay altho Moli has batted her once or twice round the head

Re: Salt's health

Sounds good Nae. I've missed what happened at the vet last week - I'll go off and find it but I'm really glad to hear she is picking up. Sounds like she is getting a little more TLC than she was used to ....?

Re: Salt's health

She definately prefers to be an outdoor cat. She comes in to pester me if she thinks i'm taking too long to do the food but other than that she's outside

My Sam was the same Nae, he ate all the things the others did, it never stopped him eating anything!!Even with only 4 teeth in his latter years!

Re: Salt's health

Hubby reckons that they must have been too over protective of her in her previous home and so she kinda milked it a bit.
