Time travel?If you travelled back in time, to a time you've lived in say last year - would your younger self (a year younger in this case) also exsist at the same time as you? And could you meet yourself and if you did and changed history would you then be able to travel back in time? as in effect you have already changed time? Interesting eh?

Aha, Kazz, I scent a fellow sci-fi reader here! This paradox has been kicked around for years; think you couldn't meet yourself, and if you did change history you couldn't go back to your own time as it no longer existed . Then, of course, we get into the alternate universes and alternate time lines....too heavy for me...I just enjoy reading some of the wild scenarios authors come up with! Good thread!! |

Eeek!  If the atoms that you are get transported back through whatever means then surely those atoms can only be in your new time/space location, not in two places at once? I like some Sci-fi too, but don't go for it myself, just take my OHs cast-offs!  |

Makes my head hurt thinking about it!!! I cant ever imagine a time where we could do things like that - its all in those films and stories that are so unrealistic that I would just like to leave it there!! |
