Min to the vet again .....

Can cats get kennel cough? I've never heard of it; the vet nurses hadn't heard of it when i phoned to book an appointment but I googled and frightened myself . Any way 10am appointment, so i guess I'll soon have an idea. She is very 'phlegm-y', so I guess it will be a course of antibiotic.
Will try to get back soon but have my M&D for a week so will be limited in the time I can CP.

Oh dear! I've never heard of kennel cough in cats DM I suppose it is possible Min could have picked up some sort of infection from Dinah........I hope a course of AB's will clear it up anyway. Good luck at the vets....

Being treated as kennel cough. ABs. She is fine in herself - no temp, eating etc - but has a terrible 'smokers' cough'. The vet is confident she wil be Ok.
She's gone back to her sleep after the interruption of her outing!

I think we should call it "Cattery cough!"

Hope she is well soon, we have just taken in a Cat for boarding that had Cattery cough (Vet called it in jest) some weeks back, she had Synulox for a week and was fine.
Dawn.
