Well yes, except that they seem to be doing everything outside.
It's a system that would be simple to impose with totally indoor cats - but they appear to prefer to go outside. Suits me; I just have to hope that if they 'need' when they can't get out, they will remember to use the loo.

.....maybe when winter comes they'll feel more like popping in the loo instead of going out in the cold!
