Daily thread ~ Wednesday

Morning all, it's a damp day here but very mild........have had to turn the heating off again!

I'll be doing some baking later on as it's my son and daughter's birthday tomorrow and we are having a little get together

Off to the shops soon and then a pile of ironing to tackle!

Have a good day everyone!

Re: Daily thread ~ Wednesday

dull nover cast here but still warm!! got a small pile of ironing to do and thats about it, hoovered up the hall as the boys had kicked all the litter about, it was like walking on a shingle beach LOL
OH gone to buy a mountain bike from halfords, so he will be some time.ive got a pile of shopping to do later.
ive been in touch with my H/A about a 2 bd house nearby, and if my names at the top of the list for this area, it will be mine, i know its a house, but if the stairs get too much for me i can always get a stannaha lift fitted. so fingerscrossed for me. ill hear if im lucky in a couple of weeks,
also rang the council about my bus pass, freedom pass its called, free bus n tube travel all over london, will save a fortune, im always off out n about on a bus.
oh well have a good day all.

Good luck on the house Cathy . . .

Well it's also dry, mild and overcast here despite rain promised for both yesterday AND today!! Cats and baby are kipping and I'm doing some house admin.

Fridge Freezer is still wobbly despite someone looking at it last night. It kid of 1/2 thaws and then refreezes which is absolutely no good in terms of the usability of the food within I absolutely HATE wasting food but there's no choice in this case. Have also spoken to the insurance co. as we'll probably have to claim the cost of replacing it. A proper, approved repairer is coming out tomorrow.

Off to the docs for my/Sebastian's 6 week check up this afternoon. Need to discuss my c-section wound as I'm not happy that the infection has 100% gone. Then taking Sebi to the cranial osteopath. Apart from a couple of bad days, he's been generally much better since last weeks' session. Fingers crossed

That's pretty much it here

Re: Daily thread ~ Wednesday

No regrets!!! and I feel as if I have been there for a lot longer than three months!!! although if I had, the tax department would be in a better state of affairs. Last week we purchased another accountancy practice wooohooo!!! I am helping with the moving on Friday (we are moving our smaller practice into this new one) which mean we will have two nice sized practices.
