lovely pic moli, i love cacti but wont have them in the house. My MIL had them for years and they just kept 'breeding', lol.

I have no idea DM, its one my son bought me froma cr boot sale about 5 years ago, been sadly neglected, and this is the first time it has flowered!

Well, it certainly responded to your TLC!! Quite a conversation piece. I don't have any prickly cacti except one rat-tailed cactus which lives in a hanging basket so cats couldn't get at it. I do have night-blooming cereus and lots of Christmas cacti, but they're thornless.
