I agree with you DM. It's a pain to have to keep remembering the clock change, and I don't like it getting dark quite so early. Also, as we spend a lot of our time dealing with suppliers and clients in mainland Europe it would benefit us business-wise, to have the same time as they! I know it was originally brought in to assist farmers etc, but they are such a minority now, rather than a staple of the economy it's seems silly for a modern nation to be driven by such a small percentage of the community. |

Well if the people of England want it changed then let them change it in England and Scotland will remain as is - I get fed up listening to the debate every year and think there are far more important issues to deal with in the world |

I doubt the government will ever do anything about it - I think the only solution would be for England to stop changing the clock and allow Scotland to carry on doing it - problem solved |
