alexander palace firework display






outside the palace, very impressive,



inside one of the exihibtion halls they had a fairground.


the fireworks where pretty good. had a great time

Look great BM, how much was it to get in?? We took my OH's niece and newphew to a local display, his niece spent all of the time with her fingers in her ears (well she is only 4 )

We decided to have a Whippy icecream whilst we were there, the lady was doing a roaring trade !! lol

it was a donation entrance fee, so only cost a couple of quid, my idea of a good night that LOL
the scean (sp?) u get when u go up there is fantastic, u can see for miles n miles, all around london and beyond,
and its a nice park there as well. will def go back there inthe summer for a picnic. with the dog.

get there early as the display starts at 7-30. but it filled up quickly. and if u drive in parkings a problem
we went by bus, but ended up walking 1/2 way home as the buses where packed.

It looks super!! Ours was pathetic in comparison (Wellington Country Park) . . . display was less than mediocre and Dominik spent all evening either howling or with his face stuffed into Ken's jacket. Great

There was no alcoholic beverages available and the food was plain junk in a bun

Oh, and my pet hate . . . local DJ with verbal diarrohea over a very bad and out-of-synch PA

should of taken a trip into london food n beer festival. a funfair for the kiddys. and the bigger kids amonst us
