Maybe try to go to bed a bit later? 9pm seems a bit early for bed (although I could sleep by that time!!). Go to bed at 10pm and sleep by 11.30???? Just a thought! |

I'll try going to bed later tonight and see what happens. Getting up at 4 am does have it's advantages tho....most of my housework is done by then and the only thing left to do when I get home from dropping the kids off at achool is putting the cleaner round |

DMs suggestion sounds like a good one. I haven't been affected by the clock change but it does affect me in the summer for some reason it takes me awhile to adjust then |

I don't have a sleeping problem, but I do have an appetite one! My stomach runs on daylight time for about a week; I am ravenously hungry by the time I eat...an hour late, by stomach time!...... |
