Daily thread ~ TuesdayGood morning all, I'll whisper in case I wake you!  I haven't been able to get to sleep yet so I thought I'd spend some time here  As far as I can see it is dry outside and it doesn't look frosty. There's isn't a soul about and not a car in sight........peaceful! Off to catch up on the posts now and hopefully manage to get an hour's sleep after....

Morning all Kids packed off to school and I am still at home!! Waiting for a parcel to arrive with a new scratch post and scratch mat for Misty and Chloe and a new rabbit run for Pickle!! Things I do for my pets!!! Had to grovel to the boss to get the morning off!! Hopefully once the new rabbit run is attached to the old one it will be big enough for two bunnies and I can find a Mrs Pickle!! Have a good day everyone. |

Morning all, My hip is a mess - I need to make a doctor's appointment today so I can go see the doctor later in the week about it. I've gone in 3 times about it and every time been told to "come back when it's interfering with your life" which is odd - I can barely walk sometimes, isn't that interfering?! Anyway, yesterday while getting up from my seat I felt something that felt like it ripped - and now I'm home sat in my chair and Random isn't going to school today (thank goodness he's only in Reception class) because I can't walk a mile round-trip, certainly not twice! Hippie's made a padded wrap for the handle of my crutch, so I won't hurt my hand if I need it, but at the moment I'm relying on walking very slowly and it's not too bad. |

Oh Snoof Gentle hugs for you .... and be very quietly, calmly, insistent when you see the doctor. You are a young thing - you shouldn't be in pain like that. |

I'm taking Hippie with me, DM - I get very easily intimidated by doctors as I dislike them tremendously due to some bad experiences when I was in my teens. So if they try to fob me off they can deal with Hippie instead - he's much better at being insistent and calm than I am when it comes to doctors. |

morning all, i had quite a good nights sleep for a change, wasnt in any pain  so im still sitting here in my nighty n dressing gown LOLgot to toddle off to the docs do my repeats, ill take the dog as theres a nice big park behind the docs. then drop dog off at home and go n do some shopping, didnt get much done yesterday due to dentists in the middle of the day. have a good day all, snoof hope you feel more comfy soon, get and hassle the doc, my SIL has probs with her hip but shes too young for any real treatment yet, just keep taking the tablets. i spose your the same. |
