Smudgley - you are turning into Kazz, asking Kazz-type questions! Ummm, 2006. Well I lost Tizzie but gained two little boys Our Canadian friends came over and we had a great time with them among their grand tour of Europe My allotment improved My dad didn't We had a stupidly hot summer I'll need to think/recall further for other recollections. |

Hmmm, 2006 has been quite a quiet year for me on the whole. Spent a lot of the year trying to get my house sorted and the garden. Did a lot of running around trying to get assistance for Hayley. Made the very hard decision to rehome our dog Tia, which has turned out to be the very best thing we could have done for her. Got Cooper and Teddie, and we all know how that has gone, lol! And that is it really, quite quiet as I said! |

2006 for me, Started it as a one cat family after many years as a two cat family - but a very happyone cat family. Cleo under went an Op and came sailing through. I was diagnosed with breast cancer - had an Op then radiotherapy - but remarkably well now. A lovely hot summer. The two girls (Sal and Tess) have put up with fewer walks due to me being poorly, but happy. Split up with my O/H but still friends. The whole family is well and healthy, Uncle in a home but happy in his own world. Made a lovely new friend Eileen. Life in general is excellent, in fact on a scale of 1 - 10 I'd say mine is on par with 19. The one downside is I lost two friends Lesley (SB) to some, and my sisters FIL Wal, but he was taken poorly and died within 4 weeks and died in his sleep peacefuly. So if 2007 turns out to be 1/4 as good then it will be a good one. Karen |

Generally a quiet year. Lost Patches in April; my friend Carolyn moved to Oklahoma,; got back into growing orchids after a lapse of many years, Leia got cystitis and pulled an escape act at the vets; feeding Onyx; feeling at home here on Catsey and making many new and good friends; getting more comfortable with the computer; oh, and no health problems at all! A good year. |

Hmmmm, 2006 has had its ups and downs. Turned 40 in February , Finally met my good friend Diddydawn in March, she runs an independant rescue, dealing mainly in ferals, this is also where my Bernie came from. Graham and I went to help build a shed to help house some of the cats in her care. Sadly in April I lost one of the greatest locves of my life, Winston. However in March, the Diva finally decided to relent and began to accept Bernie. Then we had a long fine summer, followed by a nice holiday in Greece. Good days at work and bad days too. Oh well thats life, onwards and upwards. All the very best to everyone for 2007 xxx |
