There's nothing more cheery than an a real fire ........ the gentle crackle, wonderful warmth. Get yourself a long toasting fork too, Smudgley...... nothing beats toast done on an open fire! |

not really high maintenace fran. Obviously there's the wood / coal to store, but other than that I'd say a lot easier than people would think to clean etc. |

I used to have a real fire a few years ago when I lived in Aberdeen. I absolutely loved it!! It was so nice to sit there on a cold winters night and here that coal or logs crackling and watching the flames. Hypnotic!! |
