And theres more!

Hi everyone, a few more of my family.

This is Gordon(Ginger & white) & his sister Thing (black & white). They are 14 yrs old now & i have had them since they were 6wks old. Unfortunately Gordon has a brain cancer that is slowly causing him to deteriorate. They both were rescued from the RSPCA !! yep they were in an RSPCA foster home i went to collect them as a favour for another fosterer who had a houseful of dogs & no cats (what was i thinking at the time i don't know). I had never been to a cat fosterer before & had happy thoughts of happy well cared for rescue cats etc the horror of reality is a shock. Gordon & Thing had been trapped with their mother as they were a feral family, their mother had got out !! I was taken by the fosterer to get them - they're in there she said you'll need gloves !! as they're vicious!! The room (a small utility room) was full of about 20 or so adult cats, a couple of stinking trays, saucers of smelly food & these 2 terrified kittens who had absolutely no hope of being able to eat any of the food or ever being tamed if they stayed there, i wonder if the RSPCA checks out the foster carers ?? Anyway Gordon & Thing only went as far as my house where they were fed properly, loved & nurtured into 2 delightful kittens then well balanced cats, they have been very healthy up to Gordons diagnosis 18mths ago & have just been lovely cats.
